River sand suction dredger is widely used for sand dredging, mud dredging, port building and deepening, the centrifugal sand pump can produce certain amount of vacuum, the sand and mud is conveying and discharging by pipeline and floater. 

The portable small sand dredger made by OCEAN Pump can be self-propelled or non self-propelled. The hull can be dismantle and box-like structure. The dismantle type can be assembly at working place easily and be transported by road, railway and container accordingly, it is very convenient to install and move in the working place.  The power system of potable river sand suction dredger can be electric system or diesel engine driving system according to customers’ requirements.

  The working process of this potable river sand suction dredger is as followed. The high pressure sand pump can produce certain amount of vacuum so the underwater sand and mud can be mixed into  slurry, the mixing slurry is conveyed through  the pipeline to the specified place.

he 8 inch Lake dredger  is one of the most commonly used sand suction dredger in Nigeria sand dredger market. Lake dredger  is a type of jet suction dredger, Lake dredger  is usually used in river, lake ,pond or other areas without heavy winds and waves. The kind of Lake dredger  is also called sand pumping platform. Lake dredger  refers to use high pressure water jet to rush the sand, slurry or mud in the river. The Nigeria river and lake sand quality is generally soft and fine. It is easy to rush by high pressure water, this improves the efficiency of sand pumping.

Lake dredger has the characteristics of simple installation and operation, long delivery distance , low energy consumption and large sand output.  This Lake dredger  is a commonly used tool for sand mining and dredging in recent years. The Lake dredger  is driven by the diesel engine. The whole set of equipment includes a suction system, a flushing system, a lifting system, and pipeline.

On Nov. 22, 2017, Our customer from Nigeria came to the OCEAN PUMP manufacturing workshop to inspect the designing, manufacturing and construction process of the Lake dredger , and expressed strong interest in the 8 inch Lake dredger .  However, the customer proposed a plan to purchase an 8 inch sand pump and related Lake dredger , the keke dredger body and other welding work could be completed locally in Nigeria. He hoped that the team of technical engineers from OCEAN PUMP can provide the keke dredger technical support.

 

 

 

The customer gave the order at the beginning of December 2017. The OCEAN PUMP prepared all the products. To save the time, we helped customer to do the Customs clearance in Nigeria. All the products would be sent to the Lagos warehouse, customers could pick up the goods directly.

After receiving all the products, the customer carried out the construction of 8 inch Lake dredger  according to the drawing from OCEAN PUMP. We responded the customer’s questions promptly during the construction period to help customers improve their confidence and save time.

 

In March 2018, the Lake dredger  started to work in the river. The use effect of the 8 inch Lake dredger  greatly exceeded the customer’s demand, and the customer’s confidence was greatly increased. The customer indicated that he would establish a long-term mutual trust relationship with OCEAN PUMP.
